I was trained, and therefore practice, using a holistic approach to health in order to compliment all treatments and sessions offered. The individual is then able to find natural rhythm and promote the body, soul and mind to work harmoniously.
I am a qualified mental health nurse (RMN) and have practised in different areas of mental health, in the NHS and private sector, for over 20 years. Due to this extensive and invaluable experience, I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of emotional issues, such as depression, anxiety, stressful life events, bereavement and mood disorders. This enriches my practice and enhances the value and potential outcome of the treatments and sessions I plan for others. I remain highly motivated to help others.
Due to my own personal and spiritual journey, complementary therapies and the practice and teaching of Yoga and meditation, have helped me immensely to heal and remain healthy, mindful and centred as an individual.

Yoga
I trained with the Trimurti Yoga school, which is a Yoga Alliance certified school, and is based in Goa, India, although have a presence in additional countries around the world. I successfully completed the 200hours Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training course in 2020, which focused on Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. The teaching team shared many years of experience and were from around the world combining the eastern traditional values of yoga with the western understanding of the same. I found not only a deeper understanding of myself, both physically and spiritually, but also found my inner teaching voice and was fully supported to develop this within my practice. The course enabled me to further develop and deepen my own practice and reach others, to experience the privilege of sharing theirs.
Reflexology & Indian Head Massage
I trained at the London School of Reflexology with Britain’s leading Reflexology practitioner, (Mail on Sunday 2008), Louise Keet, who received the Association of Reflexologists’ Inspirational Tutor award in 2013. Louise is the author of bestselling books The Reflexology Bible and Hand Reflexology. I achieved the qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, in 2014, which is the highest level of qualification in England, awarded by the Associated Body Consortium and is recognised by regulatory body of Association of Reflexologists (AOR), of which I am a member. I returned to the London School of Reflexology to achieve my Advanced Hand Reflexology Diploma and Certificate in Indian Head Massage with Louise. I completed my Advanced Diploma of Facial Reflexology also at the London School of Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman, a pioneer in modern Facial Reflexology. Ziggie is the Winner of the Association of Reflexologists Award for Excellence and Innovation in modern Facial Reflexology for creating the Bergman Method and this is the method that I practice for all treatments. All of my Continued Professional Development (CPD) qualifications are approved and recognised by the AOR.
